More of the Little Man

I just finished editing all the pictures from today’s shoot, so S family I will put those in the mail so hopefully you get them before Christmas (cross my fingers)! Anyways he was such a great baby I still can’t get over it and I don’t know how to choose which pictures to put up! It’s no question where he gets his looks from, just take a look at his beautiful parents! Thanks again for having me over today! Hope you guys have a great holiday and enjoy the pictures!!!

Mom and Dad’s wedding rings… this is what two people in love made 🙂 How cute!

And one last one because we can’t forget the family dog 🙂

Thank Heavens for Little Boys

I’m working on editing little Finn’s pictures but I just wanted to put this one up quick. I’m going through and there are so many cute ones. He was so well behaved for me and just a peach in front of the camera! Here’s a quick look and I will post more later! Look at those eye lashes… to die for!!!

Christmas Pictures

So I’ve been fighting off this cold for what feels like months now but I’m sure this -20 degree weather doesn’t help to make anybody feel any better! I always ask myself why I live here when it’s this miserable outside! Granted, it’s really pretty when you are looking outside but when you have to wear 7 layers, 3 pairs of socks, scarf, mitten and a parka just to go to the grocery store… you realize it’s not so nice! Enough about that! This weekend I went to hang out with little boys and do some Christmas cards for their grandparents and mom. We got a few good ones before the boys lost interest in it, but they were so adorable and so good for me while we were doing pictures!
I just started my Christmas shopping last night and have a lot to finish this week, so I better get my lists started! Hope everyone has a great week!

Twin Boys!!

I got to spend some time the other day with not 1 but 2 adorable 3 1/2 year old boys. It was a quick shoot just to get a couple Christmas card pictures but hopefully we’ll meet up again in the Spring to do birthday pictures. They are beyond adorable, my friend Julie has known them since they were itter-bitters and has told me so much about them so I was so excited to finally meet them. I’m looking forward to Spring time when we can get a lot more pictures and the weather will be much warmer! Thanks for letting me come over boys!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving has come and gone, which means Christmas is just around the corner. This year was different, my roommate and I decided we would take over the cooking duties. If you’ve seen that video of the woman trying to wash the Turkey and ends up throwing it out the window and smacking her husband… well that is exactly what I thought was going to happen. Somehow we managed NOT to screw it up and it turned out pretty well, actually GREAT! So good my parents were trying to convince us to cook every year, ha…. I can’t imagine cooking for more than 3 other people. I never understood how my parents pulled off cooking for 40 people during the holidays!

Isn’t that pretty Turkey?
I also got to make a trip up to St. Michael this past weekend to see some of my family and do some of their Christmas card pictures. It was so nice to spend some time with them!
My goofy cousins D&A!

Since I was over in the area I figured I would swing by my old neighborhood. I lived in Maple Grove until the summer before I was in 1st grade. It’s weird to go back and see how much has changed! It has grown so much since we left, obviously with the addition of Arbor Lakes and all the shopping areas over there! But some things are still the same, both houses we lived in haven’t changed a bit! The picture below is of a park that was up the street from our house where we used to play all of our t-ball games, I bet this brings back memories for my parents!
The next one is the street we had our first house in Maple Grove on, just thought it was cool 🙂
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I’m so thankful for the amazing family and friends that I have, and the opportunities that life has given me!
